Customer

Customer is a renowned facilities management company in United Arab Emirates. Headquartered in the emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

One of the largest healthcare services providers in the United Arab Emirates with over 51+ clinics, 231+ pharmacies, 8+ hospitals, 15+ medical centers was using manual, offline methods to handle their invoices, which once submitted came to central finance, and could go as high as 5000 invoices per month. From their origin in the UAE, they have been steadily expanding in the MENA and Asia-Pacific region, and are now in India, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan. The process of doing invoices offline, wasted man-hours, was prone to human errors- resulting in losses, and a lot of reworks.

Expectation

The company needed an automated process for this, made even more urgent with the emergence of Covid-19.

Actions

Our power automate solution enabled instant invoice capture, leading to time efficiencies of up to 500 invoices processed in 15 minutes, and removing any need for manual work.

Our help

We created a ‘Power Automate’ solution on SharePoint. This automation of the invoice process enabled the invoices to be read in SharePoint, and the data being sent to their systems. Now they can engage in easier audit processes, perform easy searches, and filter results. The Power Automate works seamlessly with their existing system, so existing operations weren’t impacted at all.

Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, we assisted the client in their journey towards process automation, using tools of Microsoft technology.
