Audit RFP App Back

Customer

The business started its current phase of global expansion in 2011. Since then, the company has grown globally, but its primary holdings are still in the MENA region. Our client received contracts for the Shuqaiq and Marafiq Integrated water and power plants from 2004 to 2011, during which time it primarily focused on Saudi Arabia. Geothermal, wind, waste-to-energy (WtE), solar (Photovoltaic PV), concentrated solar power (CSP), geothermal, efficient combined cycle power plants, and coal pollution reduction are all included in its energy portfolio.

Challenge

The client wanted to always guarantee that their best practices are followed, across all locations, departments, and subdivisions, with a primary focus on providing employees with high-quality practices. Although their internal and external audits made sure of this, it was difficult to plan, report, and keep track of non-compliances, ongoing problems, and deadlines. Attaching pieces of evidence to audit reports required extensive and time-consuming documentation. Automation of the entire process was required.

Solution

TechnomaX Systems, our client auditors, users, and important stakeholders have jointly developed a system for audit automation. TechnomaX has developed a corporate audit power app based on SharePoint technology after thoroughly evaluating the manual audit process and identifying its gaps. Using dynamic checklists, real-time reporting, and analytics, prompt notice of schedules and deadlines, and simple tracking & escalation of non-compliances through reminders & alerts, the program has assisted the client in expediting the audit process.

Benefits

With the help of Power Apps, we could concentrate on improving their processes continuously rather than spending a lot of time assessing and auditing them. They could react to the outcomes more effectively the quicker we review. Reporting audits over a longer period enables us to identify recurring mistakes and the root causes of target failure or insufficient productivity increase. The audit procedure can then be purposely changed to aid in the accomplishment of the client’s objectives. The staff time savings, which range from tens to hundreds of percent depending on how repeatable each activity is, played a significant role.
